Hwlp. I have an HP Windows 8 (64 bit) laptop and a Canon Multiuse Scanner/Fax and Printer. I have scanned a doc into my computer through adobe as a PDF. I need to change it to a word or HTML doc I can edit. I downloaded the product Adobe Acrobat 11 Win UE (ESD) Student Teacher edition and was approved and emailed a serial number required for installation. So far NOTHING I do allows me to use the edit or converter and have very time sensitive material to convert. What do I do? I am not good with computers so step by step or Adobe expert troubleshoot setup is preferred. Please respond immediately
