I have a link to a pdf that opens in a web browser that I am unable to annotate. I have downloaded the most recent version of Adobe (as of April 25, 2014) and I'm using a Mac and Safari. Specifically, there is no "comments and markup" option under the Tools tab and all the annotation options are faded out under the Comment tab. Below I've included screenshots. Your help is greatly appreciated!
