I have a form I designed in Live Cycle designer ES2. The fields on the form get populated by my users using Acrobat Std XI via some direct user entry and pulling in some data over ODBC in Acrobat Std 11. I have an automatted process that flattens the form when the user is done so that the data is preserved but people cannot easilly open up the form and accidentally modify any of the fields.
We then email this form to the customers. Some customers are claiming that when the open it up, there is no data on it, only the background artwork of the form. However, when we re-email the exact same source file to them they are then able to see the data.
We cannot reproduce this behavior on our end. Whenever we view the form on Win7 / Acrobat or Reader 11 it opens right up.
Any suggestions on what might be causing this or what we should be trying to troubleshoot on the customers end?
