build automaticly web-links from a textfile

We are developer from a programm which generate product catalogs from databases.
For our customer we need a solution to build automaticly web-links in a PDF-File

We can send "link informations ??"  in the print file.

For example we print :
'....The capitalof Italy is Rom<www.example.web/rom.html>with the.....'
if you click onRom, the a website"www.example.web/rom.html"
should be displayed.

In this example we send the linkparamters between "<>" after the "link-word".

But in thetext document"www.example.web/rom.html" shouldnot be shown.

Is there any solution  to realize this problem.
