How do I take a screen shot and convert it to PDF?

This is probably quite simple for most. But how do I take a screen shot in my web browser as a PDF? The site I am using requires a password, so when I try shift-ctrl-O, it only saves the login page and I can't seem to get passed it (even though I am already logged in).

Also, is there a way to add Adobe Acrobat, or its tools, to my web browser tool bar?

FYI I am using Academic Databases.
