In Adobe Acrobat XI on Macs running 10.9.4 I keep crashing Acrobat upon accessing this button; the button changes color, Acrobat starts running a procssor at 100%, and it hangs until I cancel whereupon it crashes. I've repeated this on three Macs. I've deleted prefs and reinstalled XI. I tried X; same crash. Bridge can see metadata, and even some other applications.Adobe advised the reinstall but that's all so far.
suggestions?
