Reinstalled my older, but still good, version 6.0 of Acrobat after reformatting computer.
But, now the PDF is not a print option in my other software applications.
From what I read online, due to compatibility issues with Windows7, but this worked for 4 years prior to reinstalling, so must be a fix.
My acrobat can no longer make a pdf file.

Have changed settings in Distiller to ensure it is pointing to font files SEE Error below
Anyone have any ideas?

I recently installed Adobe Acrobat Pro DC on my computer and every time I try to combine PDF's it says that Adobe has stopped working and crashes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, I have done all windows updates, I ran the Adobe Acrobat cleanup tool, and all of the Adobe updates are up to date. This issue is extremely annoying and it really hinders my work, as I constantly need to combine PDF's (sometimes multiple thousands of pages). This has never been a problem in the past until about 2 weeks ago. I appreciate any and all help!
I am having a serious problem converting .pst files to .pdf's
I am able to successfully convert the .pst file, but the number of items converted is no where near the number of emails!
For example:
I need to convert a .pst file, so I add it to a new folder in my inbox. This folder shows as having about 1250 items in it.
I then right click the folder and choose to export to a .pdf fill.
After choosing the location to create the .pdf, I am shown the "Creating Adobe PDF" popup window.
This window shows only about 630 items to convert.
Whats with the miss match?
Without knowing this I cannot confidently tell HR that the pdf contains all emails from the .pst file.

I have a pdf created out of Zuken E3. It has a lot of links that take you to certain pages in the pdf. This works well.
My questions are:
Can I globally change the Zoom level on all the links? Currently it is set to a custom level that is not customizable.
Can I set the bookmarks to scroll to the highlighted target page?
Can I set the target to highlight when the link takes you to it?

To have a check box/radio button to show/hide questions and also expand/contract sections on my form
To have my save as button - suggest the saved file name from fields in my form - e.g. forename, surname

This software program should be able to create a 'shadow' in the centerfold pages to give an impression of an open up hard copy brochure.

I am working on an iMac using El Capitan 10.11.6. Until last week, when I upgraded to DC, hoping it would solve my problem (did not) I was using the previous version of Acrobat Pro. Regardless of version of Acrobat, whenever I open a PDF that came originally form a Word file, the wrong file title appears in the title bar above the page. Instead of "BigFile-Client ABC-2016" the title will be what it was in Word the first time I made the file "BigFile-GENERIC-2009" Even if I resave the file, add or subtract security, close and reopen, the name in the title bar is still wrong, and always an old name from years ago. This is a problem since I am customizing the same document for different clients and changing the names so I can tell them apart. Oddly enough, if I save and close the file, it appears in the desktop with the correct name and this does not happen at all with files that were originally made in InDesign. This problem just started a couple of weeks ago. Any ideas? What could have changed to cause this to just start happening?

The company I work for has recently changed it's name from (for example!) "Rob's Company" to "Dave's Company".
I have a folder with several thousand PDF files where "Rob's Company" is mentioned and I want to find/replace this for "Dave's Company" in one job (as opposed to opening each file and doing a find/replace in each one).
I am happy to purchase a copy of Adobe Acrobat in order to do this, but I'm unsure if it is capable of doing so. I know it is possible to do this for individual files, but not sure that it can do a find/replace for all files in a particular folder.
I hope someone is able to assist me, I'd be very grateful.

anyone know how to upload a file to the document cloud in acrobat DC? i could in the last version but can't even find the icon...
I just want it to look as close as possible to the original document and I can't seem to get it there no matter what I try. It's a design presentation that is full of subtle colors and layouts that rely on accuracy. Colors are washed out, type isn't crisp, it's all generally muddy and doesn't look like it does in Illustrator on my desktop monitor (iMac).
It's not in CMYK.
I'm either casting the pdf or going directly through an HDMI cable from Apple laptop.
Saving out of Illustrator to pdf.

I had the acrobat 8 pro installed on Win 7 and had to change my computer to Win 10 64 bit. When installing CS3 Suite, I could not get the Adobe Converter installed as a printer, even if I followed the instructions for installing it manually on Win 8.1. Does it not work on Win10 anymore?

I'm doing a book revision and need to compare the old (April 2015) and new (November 2015) PDF files. I'm getting a crash, every time. I have tried to isolate very small segments (two pages) of the files and compare them. Still crashes.

I have to say, Acrobat Pro DC is the buggiest software I have ever received from Adobe, and I've been on board since Photoshop 2. The comments feature is in tatters. How about a freeze on new features until the current ones work?

I have following problem with only Adobe PDF readers on all platforms regarded the PDF file available on http://www.andrijar.com/pumpd/pump.pdf. The file causes Adobe products to crash because it contains several SVG images with transparent PNG bitmaps, and it seems that those transparent PNG bitmaps are fatally noxious for Adobe products, while all other available readers show them quite correctly, like Sumatra, Nitro PDF, etc. The PDF is perfectly correct obtained from the fully correct XPS source and there is no viable explanation for such strange behavior of virtually all Adobe products.
Please help me to surpass this problem.

When I want to make a pdf of a word document for some reason it will bold some of the lines in Acrobat. What do I need to change so it doesn't do that?
