I've been running Adobe Pro XI since June 2014. In the past few months, Adobe Pro and Adobe Reader constantly crash. My IT team could not find out why and they re-imaged by laptop only to have it start up again. I have Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit OS. At first the fix was restarting my computer. Now that doesn't even work.
In looking in the event log here are the errors received:

Those are the same error messages repeated over and over in the log.
I can't open a PDF, I can't edit a PDF, and I can't print to PDF without these issues occurring. Any guidance on how to fix this problem is greatly appreciated. Otherwise my IT team is going to downgrade me to Adobe Pro 10 to see if that changes anything.
