After getting Windows 10 accidentally installed on my computer by my son, now, when I make a document from Acrobat X, none of the previous document options are there anymore. I can't sign the document, add or delete bookmarks, set viewing size, plus many more. Can anyone tell me how to restore those?

I have a group of about 10 single PDF files that I have combined into single one file, but am trying to understand why the automatically generated bookmarks have a blue icon while if I manually add a new page and create a new bookmark, the bookmark looks completely different than all the others. Looks more like a gray flag. Why is this happening? Why do the bookmarks look different?

Adobe Acrobat DC will only allow me to have 1 pdf open at a time on my monitor. How can I correct?
How can i make a pdf with embedded information (model tree) .. i have a plan/drawing of an area and i would like to be able to produce a document that once i click on a certain point of the plan it will open up more information relating to that point .. this other information is a report i have with individual pages relating to the set points in the plan i have seen it done but cant work out how .. i hope this makes sense to someone .. thanks for reading

I was working on some coursework on Adobe Acrobat on my iPad, i had done about 43 pages but when I went to save my work the save opinion wasnt there so I went to 'my account' and logged my password back in. But when I had done this the work I had done for. Page 22 onwards has gone and I can't find it anywhere.
IM not very technical so here is how I worked, I kept the document open all the time and just kept on adding bits that i needed, there was no problem until I loggpec in. i have had to log into my account after doing work before and it has always saved so I am devastated this hasnt as I had finished my coursework and now I have to start again, is there anywhere it could have gone? It's on an iPad.

i am often asked to convert very large bitmaps into PDFs. They have to have standard letter sized PDF page sizes. However, when they pass to the printer, each Letter sized segment is by default named for the original document. If I was doing only a single such bitmap, it wouldn't be too consuming to manually append a number on the end of each attempted print job. However, I'm trying to do as many as 50 bitmaps at once, each taking as many as 8 individual pages.
MY question: is there any simple setting or configuration that will cause the print process to automatically append an iterating value on each file? I haven't been able to find anything.
I just purchased and installed Adobe Acrobat Pro DC on my Lenovo ThinkPad E555 running Windows 10.
The only reasons I purchased Acrobat 10 is because my old version of Acrobat 7 cannot be installed on the new machine because you have disabled both the phone in and the online registration of that old product. Acrobat 7 had a great feature that I use all the time -- it allows me to make a PDF of a MSWord document that preserved embedded HTML links that would work in the PDF document.
Now that I've installed Pro DC, I can't figure out how to make a PDF which preserves the MS Word links. For example, If I type this:
http://www.clickshare.com it will make the PDF with that link clickable. But if I type:
Clickshare Service Corp. (with the link embeded) it will NOT carry that forward.
Unfortunately, Acrobat Pro DC is useless to me if it won't do that and I will uninstall it and return the disk to the retailer for a full refund.
Please explain to me how to enable this feature. I have nosed around the unofficial forms and find other folks with the same problem.

I like Helvetica. I have Helvetica installed on my Windows 7 (Enterprise) machine. I have gone into the Windows registry to change the default font substitutions (Any Helvetica will show as Arial) so that Helvetica will display.
And this works just fine. Except when I use PDFMaker on any of the office applications (I have Office 2010). Any time I use PDFMaker, any Helvetica text is changed to Arial in the PDF Document; in fact, Helvetica is not even listed in the Font list.
I am using Acrobat XI Pro.
Any help on how to solve this would be greatly appreciated.
Oh, and "Helvetica" is NOT on a "never embed" list, although Arial is. And Helvetica DOES appear in the font list for PDF creation options.
Interestingly enough, if I "print" to PDF instead of using PDF maker, Helvetica remains Helvetica.

I have an old billing software that generate a lot of prints, I would like to transform these prints in pdf file with adobe virtual printer. But I would like that the file name to be dynamic, something like date+user+counter.pdf. PDFCreator can do this job but recently give me a lot of problem.
Is possible to do this job with adobe ? If yes what version I have to purchase ?

A report that used to auto generate from a web service we use always use to generate in portrait orientation. Recently they did an "update" and the reports are now generating in landscape orientation which fits far less data on a sheet and nearly doubles the amount of pages the report is. I know the pages can be rotated but all of the data rotates too and it winds up sideways on the computer. Is there a way to rotate the page to portrait without rotating the data on the page?
When I try and save a new pdf to my computer with Acrobat Pro XI and Windows 10 Acrobat only shows 2 or 3 Folders and it behaves like the rest of the Computer does not exist. Any ideas? Every other Program I use gives me the full array of Folders and Drives.

Is there any way to set up a form based off of a check-box menu whereupon checking a given box will automatically add a section of predetermined information complete with its own set of checkboxes?
I used to be able to combine and create PDF's in the cloud with my subscription, it no longer works and I can't find any information on what has changed?
I have the monthly $50 plan that includes Acrobat and I have a yearly plan for Send and Track, but I know I have been able to combine and create PDF's in the cloud before, no it is asking me to upgrade and when I click that it gives me an error and asks me to call a number.
Has something changed? I don't recall ever seeing a notice on this?

I am working in Adobe XI Pro and need to include an expanding text box that, once the information is typed in, will export to an excel file. Is this possible?
I ran a test in Live Cycle, but once I exported to excel, nothing but the title of the document carried over.
If there is a script to do this in Pro, can you please provide it?

I have a customer who is emailing a pdf created in Acrobat Pro DC to multiple customers. Will it view correctly to those who have older versions of Acrobat Reader? There is a web link within the pdf that opens only if you open the file outside of the email. Is there anyway to make that link active while it is still within the body of the email?
