The trial version won't let me create a PDF
I am trying to create a book cover file in PDF. I have created the file in Photoshop, but the "Save AS PDF" function does not create the type of PDF I need for publishing a book through IngramSpark. So I downloaded the trial version of Acrobat Pro DC. It will not open a file that I save from Photoshop as a PDF. When I save as a Jpeg, it takes me to the subscription purchasing page online. I only downloaded the trial yesterday, so I should have 29 days left. Please help. Thanks!

How to create a pdf out of scanned images of handwritten text, this worked when I had the 30 day trial but now as a subscriber it does not work
I have a windows file with 5 images of handwritten text that I would like to create into a file so that I can send it to a cousin in Australia. I was successful in doing this when I took the 30 day trial, however I have been trying to do this since I subscribed to acrobat DC yesterday and it will not work.

We deployed Acrobat DC in App-V by following this guide:

After the deployment, The Acrobat on app-v client can be launched and we can create pdf from a txt file successfully. However, when we convert other type of office files like docx, we get error “unable to find ‘Adobe PDF’ resource files”:
Is this a known issue? Any ideas?

English texts convert perfectly. Foreign texts are displayed in symbols. How do I fix this? Thanks.

Creating large format postscript PDFs from Corel Draw X5 to Acrobat DC
I am a professional designer and have successfully used Acrobat for years to create postscript PDFs for commercial vendors. Since using Corel Draw X5, I have been unable to produce any large banners (36 x 96 just failed). There is a threshold size after which the software will not work. Does anyone know of a fix for this within the Acrobat printing options?

Inserting an 11x17 center spread in an 8.5x11 booklet
I have Adobe Acrobat XI Pro and am trying to create a 16-page booklet of 8.5x11 pages. The center spread, however, will be an 11x17 image, but I cannot figure out how to insert it into the document so that the PDF will see it as a center spread. Thanks in advance for any ideas.

Can't delete or move PDF
I am using Acrobate Pro version 9.5.1 on a Windows 7 64 bit machine.
Once I have created a PDF, I find I am unable to move or delete the file. If I reboot the machine, I can delete or move the file, but as soon as I open a PDF, the problem is back until I reboot again.
It appears others have had the same problem, but I don't see any solutions. Does anyone have any suggestions or workarounds?

AutoCad 2014 64bit PDFMaker ignores drawing CTB settings
In previous versions of AutoCad and Acrobat the PDFMaker would respect the drawing's CTB. The output PDF would look the same as a file printed to PDF using the PDF system printer. This does not work in DC. The converted PDF appears to be a direct conversion using all colors and line weights as displayed in paper space.
We need to use the PDFMaker plugin as our workflow requires significant layer organization beyond the capabilities of the native AutoCad dwg-to-pdf conversion.
We have also tried opening the DWG file directly in DC, but DC crashes every time after it attempts to open AutoCad in the background.
We are using AutoCad 2014 64bit on Windows 7. Acrobat Pro DC with all updates.
Is there some setting that we are not finding, or is this just broken?

windows 10 Edge browser
Wasted an afternoon trying to download and print a pdf Boarding Pass for EasyJet, until I reverted to IE and then no problem. Edge and Acrobat (or any other pdf opener) seem incompatible.
As I am no expert with forums or Adobe perhaps someone would place this where it might help others.
Adobe support and trouble-shooting articles never mention Windows 10 ...

When I save a PDF it only appears as a .tmp file
I'm trying to save a PDF onto our server but even when I do a save as, I go to view the file in the folder and it appears as a .tmp file which doesn't show the changes I've made.
If I save the file onto my desktop it works ok, if I try and then drag it into the correct folder it says the file is invisible?

Prompting To Scan
I have the Adobe Acrobat XI Standard and every time I scan something, it prompts me to scan more. I DO NOT have the "prompt to continue scanning" option selected, but it continues to ask me. I have tried reinstalling and repairing it; neither worked. Any ideas?

Import data from Excel into fillable pdf using Acrobat XI Pro - is it possible? How?
I need to be able to create a fillable pdf where certain information can be merged from an Excel spreadsheet into the fillable pdf so our land use specialists can complete while in the field using tablets. I also need to be able to create a field where the user can attach or import a jpg. Is it possible to do this with Acrobat XI Pro? Is another program necessary. I need to know the answers to my questions by January 28, 2016.
